Rates and Insurance

Individual Therapy Session: $175 per 45 to 50 minute session.  

Since we typically have a waiting list, it can sometimes take a few weeks before we can schedule your initial appointment. Most of our clients will say that the services they receive are worth the wait. Please let us know if you need to be seen urgently and we will do what we can to work you into our schedule sooner.  

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

• Private Pay

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions: 

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment has been scheduled, you will be responsible for paying for it unless you provide 24-hours advance notice of cancellation.  Your insurance company will not pay for late cancellations and you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
